Return and Refund Policy
At The HUULY, we want to ensure that you are fully informed about our refund and return procedures. This policy applies to customers worldwide.
If you change your mind before receiving your order, you can cancel it within 24 hours of placing it. If the order has already been shipped, please refer to our refund policy.
Refused Shipments
Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to stop the delivery. If you choose to refuse the package, a fee of 30%–50% of the order amount will be charged to cover storage, handling, and shipping costs. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find that the package is damaged during transit, please take photos after receiving it and send them to our customer service as proof. Our support team will respond within 24-48 hours on business days. Please remember to check your inbox and spam folder for our reply.
30-Day Return Policy
If you wish to return an item for a refund, please notify us via email at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery.
Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please send us a clear photo of the damaged product. We will arrange for a courier to collect the item at no cost to you. You may choose to receive a replacement item at no additional charge or a full refund to your original payment method.
- Incorrect Orders:If you have ordered the wrong product and wish to exchange it, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Important: Items returned without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products

Additional Costs
We do not charge restocking fees for returns.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that while we initiate the refund immediately, your bank may take additional time to process and deposit the funds into your account.
Late or Missing Refunds

Notes
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
