Over retouren en terugbetalingen
1. Hoe annuleer ik een bestelling?
U kunt uw bestelling binnen 48 uur gratis annuleren zonder opgaaf van reden.
Als uw bestelling is verzonden, kan deze niet worden geannuleerd. Als u toch wilt annuleren, brengen wij 30%-50% van het orderbedrag in rekening voor onze opslagkosten, ordervoorbereidingskosten en verzendkosten. Deze kosten worden in mindering gebracht op de terugbetaling van uw/uw artikel(en).
2. Wat als ik een beschadigd artikel ontvang?
Producten die met gebroken glas, gedeukte lampenkappen of monturen worden ontvangen, worden niet als defect beschouwd en kunnen niet worden geretourneerd. In dat geval vervangen we het glas of de lampenkappen kosteloos. Als u geen vervanging wenst en het artikel wilt retourneren, behandelen we dit als een normale retourzending en brengen we maximaal 35% van de retourkosten in rekening. We behouden ons tevens het recht voor om alle verzendkosten van de terugbetaling af te trekken.
3. Wanneer ontvang ik de terugbetaling?
Na ontvangst van uw retourzending kan het tot 5 werkdagen duren voordat het bedrag is teruggestort op uw oorspronkelijke rekening (PayPal: 1-2 dagen; Creditcard: 3-5 dagen). Mocht u nog steeds problemen ondervinden met de terugbetaling, neem dan contact met ons op via [email protected]. We zullen u dan zo snel mogelijk antwoorden.
Houd er rekening mee dat voor annuleringen of retourneringen ons retour- en restitutiebeleid geldt.

2. Kan ik een langere kabel krijgen?
We bieden voor de meeste lampen een kabel van 150 cm aan. Wilt u een langere kabel (tot 800 cm), geef dit dan aan bij uw bestelling. We verlengen de kabel dan gratis.
3. Komt de spanning die vereist is voor het product dat ik heb gekocht overeen met het land waarin ik mij bevind?
De spanning van onze producten wordt aangepast aan uw land, zoals hieronder weergegeven.
